About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About municipal property on property"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About municipal property on property" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2002, No. 4, the Art. 159) the following changes:

1. In all text of the Law of the word "executive" in different case and numerical forms to replace with the word "executive" in the corresponding cases and numbers.

2. To state part 1 of Article 2 in the following edition:

"1. The relations connected with origin, implementation and the termination of the right of municipal property to property are regulated by the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, this Law, other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also international treaties which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic.".

3. Regarding 1 Article 12 "Items" to replace the word with the word "parts".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
