About entering of amendment into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 7, the Art. 367) the following amendment:

add Article 13 with parts 4 and 5 of the following content:

"Foreign citizens and stateless persons to which according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic entry into the Kyrgyz Republic, and also persons on whom in established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic procedure the decision on prohibition of departure from the Kyrgyz Republic is made is not resolved are not subject to the omission through frontier.

The omission of persons, vehicles, loads, goods and animals through check points of frontier includes:

- border control (verification of documents on the right of entry into the Kyrgyz Republic or departure from the Kyrgyz Republic, examination of vehicles for the purpose of detection of breakers of rules of crossing of frontier and implementation of other actions, stipulated by the legislation the Kyrgyz Republic);

- customs control concerning the moved loads, goods, vehicles and animals in form and procedure, stipulated by the legislation the Kyrgyz Republic.".

Article 2. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the decisions into accord with this Law.

This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
