About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About service in customs authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About service in customs authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 12, the Art. 502) the following changes and amendments:
1. In preamble of the Law of the word of State Customs Committee to exclude;
in all text of the Law:
- the words "State Customs Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "authorized state body in the field of customs affairs" in the corresponding cases;
- to replace the word "chairman" in different case forms with the word "head" in the corresponding cases.
2. Add Article 6 with Item 8 of the following content:
"8. In case of acceptance on service in customs authorities the system of testing on polygraph is used.".
3. In Item 2 of Article 7:
to add subitem 8 before the word "use" with the words "be member of political party";
the subitem 9 after the word "strikes" to add with words ", manifestations, meetings, demonstrations".
4. In Article 8 of the word "bodies of the State tax authorities of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "authorized body for public service".
5. State Article 9 in the following edition:
"Article 9. The contract on service in customs authorities
Procedure for the conclusion of the contract on service in customs authorities and its standard form are established according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The contract is signed for the term of three years.".
6. State Articles 10 and 11 in the following edition:
"Article 10. Revenues to service in customs authorities
On service in customs authorities the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic consisting in reserve of personnel of authorized state body in the field of customs affairs according to article 11 of this Law arrive.
