About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2003, No. 8, the Art. 323) the following changes and amendments:
1. In all text of the Law of the word "central state body education" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "authorized state body in the field of education" in the corresponding cases.
2. Regarding 1 Article 1:
add part with the paragraph the fifteenth the following content:
"acceptance quota - the extreme number of amount of the state educational order, including the educational grants selected for acceptance in the organizations of education giving technical and professional secondary and higher education, citizens from among disabled people of I, II groups, persons equated on privileges and guarantees to participants of war and to disabled veterans, disabled from childhood, deteyinvalid, rural youth and persons of the Kyrgyz nationality who are not citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic and also orphan children and children without parental support;";
add part with the paragraph twenty third the following content:
"the board of trustees of the state educational organization of the Kyrgyz Republic (daleepopechitelsky council) - the elected body of comanaging of the state educational organization without the status of the legal entity performing functions on rendering assistance for achievement of the authorized purposes by the state educational organization and also for attraction of additional (off-budget) resources and control of their target use;";
add part with the paragraph the twenty ninth the following content:
