1. Establish consumption rate on post servicing on payments of public welfare payments, monetary compensations and other social payments of the Ministry of social development of the Kyrgyz Republic since January 1, 2012 at the percent 1,3 level from amount of payments.

2. To the ministry of social development of the Kyrgyz Republic to sign the contract with the State company "Kyrgyz of Pochtasa" under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic about payments of public welfare payments, monetary compensations and other social payments according to consumption rate on post servicing, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution.

3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on payment procedure of public welfare payments and monetary compensations" of December 29, 2009 No. 823 the following changes and amendments:

- in Regulations on the payment procedure of public welfare payments and monetary compensations approved by the above-named resolution:
