For the purpose of realization of the administrative reform directed to enhancement of activities of customs authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 18, 2009 No. 767 the following change:

- to state the scheme of management of the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-named resolution in edition according to appendix to this resolution.

2. To the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in two-month time to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
