About modification and amendments in some normative resolutions of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I. Make changes and additions to the following normative resolutions of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Normative Resolution of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 25.11.2016 No. 9

2. In the normative resolution "About Practice of Application by Courts of the Consumer Protection Law" No. 7 of July 25, 1996 with the changes made by the normative resolution of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 9 of June 18, 2004:
