decides:

1. Bring in the normative resolution of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 25, 2010 No. 4 "About judicial protection of the rights, freedoms of man and citizen in criminal trial" with the changes made by the normative resolution of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 1 of April 21, 2011 the following change and amendment:

1) in Item 2 of the word "medical institution" shall be replaced with words "the medical organization";
