The order of the Government No. 197 of March 12, 2001. "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for acquisition and loss of nationality of the Republic of Moldova" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 31-34, of the Art. 232), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in Item 2 of the word "Ministry of Public Education, Youth and Sport" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Public Education";

2) in the Provision:

a) in all text of the word "Ministry of Information Development" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of information development and communication" in the corresponding grammatical case;

b) state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Person having the right to recognition by his citizen of the Republic of Moldova according to part provisions (2) article 12 of the Law on nationality of the Republic of Moldova, the statement represents to territorial authority of the Ministry of information technologies and bonds at the place of residence - the questionnaire (appendix No. 1) to which in each separate case the following documents are attached:

a) copy of the identity document;

b) the certificate of lack of criminal record from the country (countries) which citizen is person, from the country in which the applicant lived legally, and also if he lived in the Republic of Moldova earlier, and from the Republic of Moldova;

c) receipt on payment of the state fee;

d) 4,5 X of 3,5 two photos in size of cm;

e) copies of acts of civil status: certificates of birth, about the birth of minor children, about scrap, about annulment of marriage, about change of name;
