In the Regulations on purchase of goods and services by request of price offers approved by the Order of the Government No. 245 of March 4, 2008. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 49-50, of the Art. 314), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

Item 12 to state 1) in the following edition:

"12. In invitation neopublishing cases to participation in the Bulletin of public procurements, the invitation is transferred as it is possible for bigger number of the economic operators including included in the List of skilled economic operators depending on subject to purchases that before the expiration of the term established for representation at least three offers were registered.";

To add 2) with Items 16/1 and 24/1 of the following content:

"16/1. The economic operator can request from the buying body of explanation by the invitation to participation in tender, no more than in 2 calendar days prior to the expiration of submission of offers. On any request such buying body gives the answer within one calendar day, but not later than day before the expiration of submission of offers. Without specifying of source from which the request buying body came will provide explanations to all economic operators to whom invitations were provided.
