The commission of the Customs union solved:

1. Make the enclosed changes and additions to the qualifiers used for filling of customs declarations (are approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of September 20, 2010, N 378).

2. This Decision becomes effective since August 21, 2011.

1. Qualifier of features of movement of goods (Appendix N 2):

1.1. To state names for codes 133 in the following edition:
