Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning change migration which are attached.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning migration

1. In Regulations on the certificate of the stateless person for trip abroad approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 7, 1995 No. 610 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 12, Art. 268; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 59, Art. 2073; 2010, No. 51, Art. 1696):

1) in the first offer of paragraph one of Item 7 of the word "territorial authority of State department for nationality, immigrations and registration of physical persons" shall be replaced with words "territorial authority or division of GMS";

In paragraphs one and the second Item 9 the word of Ministry of Internal Affairs to replace 2) with the word "GMS".

2. In the List of the central executive bodies, other state bodies, actionees of obligations which follow from membership of Ukraine in the international organizations, No. 1371 approved by the resolution to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 13, 2002 "About procedure for participation of the central executive bodies in activities of the international organizations which member is Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 38, of Art. 1776; 2011, No. 97, Art. 3536):

1) in Item 1 line item "Committee on questions of economic cooperation and integration (KESI)" after the word of Ministry of Internal Affairs to add with the word "GMS";
