1. Determine that in the staff list are established since January 1, on April 1, on July 1, on October 1 and on December 1 in 2012 official pay rates (tariff charges) of workers respectively in such sizes:

1 job grade - 1073, 1094, 1102, 1118 and 1134 hryvnias;

2 job grades - 1078, 1099, 1107, 1123 and 1139 hryvnias;

3 job grades - 1088, 1109, 1117, 1133 and 1149 hryvnias;

4 job grades - 1098, 1119, 1127, 1143 and 1159 hryvnias;

5 job grades - 1108, 1129, 1137, 1153 and 1169 hryvnias.

To the ministry of social policy, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education and Science, youth and sport, to the Ministry of Culture with participation of labor unions of the budget sphere quarterly to consider results of accomplishment of the consolidated budget of Ukraine for the last quarter and to make offers concerning wages increase in the budget sphere, including for government employees, reduction of cash gap between official pay rate (tariff charge) of the worker of 1 job grade of the Single scale of charges and minimum wage in the presence of opportunities of the consolidated budget of Ukraine.
