About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

26-2) approves regulatory legal acts concerning functioning of system of free legal assistance and provision of such help according to the law;

26-3) provides the methodical help to executive bodies and local government bodies on questions which concern provision of free primary legal assistance";

exclude subitem 27;

add Item with subitems 30-1 - 30-6 such contents:

"30-1) ensures functioning of public receptions on provision of free primary legal assistance;

30-2) is responsible for implementation and functioning of system of free secondary legal assistance;

30-3) forms the centers for provision of free secondary legal assistance and controls their activities;

30-4) provides increase in professional level of employees of the centers for provision of free secondary legal assistance;
