In pursuance of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 09.12.2010 No. 1085 "About optimization of system of the central executive bodies", resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 05.01.2011 No. 33 "Some questions of provision of paid administativny services" and of 28.03.2011 No. 346 "About liquidation of governmental bodies" I ORDER:

1. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine on energy saving of 10.08.98 No. 60 "About approval of the List of paid services which are provided to the companies and the organizations by the State inspectorate for energy saving", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 17.08.98 for No. 512/2952 (with changes).

2. Development department of real production sector to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Kopylov V. A.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
