1. Declare invalid the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine and the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment and nuclear safety of Ukraine of August 19, 1999 No. 1598/194 "About the Procedure for determination of compliance of activities of objects, privatizeable, to requirements of ecological safety", it is registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 21, 1999 for No. 632/3925.

2. To management of coordination of development and accomplishment of program documents of Department of coordination of development and accomplishment of program documents, assessment and order of objects of state-owned property of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on vice-chairmen of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine and the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine, according to distribution of functional obligations.
