About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About use of nuclear energy and radiation safety" concerning amendment of the list of nuclear installations

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About use of nuclear energy and radiation safety" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995, No. 12, Art. 81; 1998, No. 11-12, of Art. 50; 2000, No. 30, Art. 236; 2003, No. 37, Art. 107; 2004, No. 19, Art. 257; 2006, No. 49, Art. 486; 2010, No. 1, Art. 3) such changes:

1) in Article 1 part one:

Belong to nuclear subcritical installations: the subcritical assemblies, sources of neutrons based on the subcritical assembly managed by the linear accelerator of electrons or protons and other installations which design and technical characteristics exclude possibility of the self-supported chain reaction of division under any service conditions".
