About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of procedure of legal proceedings

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Economic Procedure Code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 6, the Art. 56):

1) the second offer of part one of Article 20 to state in such edition: "The judge who was involved in case trial cannot be involved in new trial of case in case of cancellation of the decision, determination, the resolution accepted with its participation or in review of the decisions made with its participation, determinations, resolutions on newly discovered facts";

2) in Article 27 part one:

in the second offer of the word "or at the initiative of economic court" to exclude;

add with the offer of such content: "If the economic court in case of adoption of the action for declaration, making of actions for preparation of case for consideration or during trial of case determines that the decision of economic court can affect the rights and obligations of persons which are not party litigant, the economic court recruits such persons in case as the third parties who do not declare independent requirements regarding dispute";

3) in Article 53:

add part one with the words "except the cases provided by this Code";

the second to add part with the words "except the cases provided by this Code";

4) the first offer of part two of Article 93 to state in such edition:

"The Economic Court of Appeal decides determination about return of the petition for appeal in cases if it is submitted after the termination of the terms established by this Article and court according to the statement of person which gave it, will not find the bases for renewal of term, and irrespective of respectfulness of the reason of the omission of this term - if the petition for appeal is made by the prosecutor, public authority, local government body after the expiration of one year from the date of the announcement of the appealed judgment";
