About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning strengthening of control of the conclusion of agreements of pledge and mortgage of the parcels of land and the rights to them

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1) part one of Article 133 of the Land code of Ukraine (2002, Art. No. 3-4, 27) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the paragraph the second such content:

"The parcel of land or the right to it can be pledged only on condition of assignment to the parcel of land of cadastral number according to the procedure, determined by the law";

2) Item 3 parts one of article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About mortgage" (2003, 38, the Art. 313) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to No. in such edition:

"3) description of subject of mortgage sufficient for its identification, and/or its registration data, including cadastral number. In case of mortgage of the parcel of land its purpose shall be specified".
