About introduction of amendments to article 7 of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "About system of currency control and currency exchange control" concerning expansion of the sphere of use of currency of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in article 7 of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 1993 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 17, Art. 184; 1995, No. 16, Art. 113) such changes:

state part one in such edition:

"In calculations between residents and nonresidents within business volume the foreign currency and monetary unit of Ukraine - hryvnia are used as instrument of payment. Such calculations are perfromed only through authorized banks according to the procedure, established by the National Bank of Ukraine";

third to exclude part.

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.

2. To the National Bank of Ukraine within three months from day of the introduction in operation of this Law to bring the normative legal acts into accord with this Law.
