The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Land code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, Art. No. 3-4, 27) such changes:
1) in Article 39 of the word of "regional and local rules of building" to exclude;
"Projects of distribution of the territory of quarter, residential district and" to exclude 2) in part four of Article 42 of the word;
In 3) in Article 159:
in part one of the word "monthly term" shall be replaced with words "the week term";
in parts five of the word and figure "in 5-day time since time" shall be replaced with words "in three-day time from day".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
