About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About investing activities"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About investing activities" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1991, No. 47, Art. 646 with subsequent changes) such changes:

Paragraph two of part two of Article 1 to add 2) with words "(except bills of exchange)";

3) in Article 2:

in part two:

the paragraph third after words of "the state investment" to add with the words "including the state support of implementation of investment projects according to provisions of this Law", and words "bodies of authority and management of Ukraine, Crimean the ASSR, local councils of People's Deputies" shall be replaced with words "public authorities and authorities of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea";

after the paragraph of third to add with the new paragraph of such content:

"the investment performed by local government bodies".

"3. The investing activities are provided by implementation of investment projects and carrying out transactions with corporate laws and other types of property and intellectual values.
