About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning the procedure of establishment of rates for housing and communal services

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. Part the second article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About fundamentals of the state regulatory policy in the field of economic activity" (2004, No. 9, the Art. 79) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the paragraph the eleventh such content:

"acts which establish prices/rates for housing-and-municipal services".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About housing and communal services" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 47, Art. 514; 2010, No. 49, Art. 571):

the second Article 31 to add part with the paragraph the second such content:

"The procedure for bringing to information users about the list of housing-and-municipal services, structure of prices/rates, change of prices/rates with reasons for its need and about taking into account of the corresponding line item of territorial communities is developed and affirms the central executive body concerning housing and communal services";

the fifth Article 32 to state part in such edition:

"5. In case of change of prices/rates for housing and communal services the contractor/producer at least in 15 days prior to introduction in action reports them about it to consumers with reference to the decision of relevant organs".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
