The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. "About court fee" to add part one of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine of July 8, 2011 with Item 12-1 of such content:
"12-1) State agency of reserve of Ukraine - on cases which are solved based on the legislation on the state material reserve".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
