About approval of the Procedure for provision of information by the State Tax Administration of Ukraine on requests of bodies of the public executive service
According to article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding" and for the purpose of enhancement of order of interaction of bodies of the public executive service and bodies of the State Tax Service and ensuring proper accomplishment of decisions of the courts and other bodies (officials) and simplification of the procedure of providing the state contractors with information on account numbers of legal entities and/or physical persons - entrepreneurs, sources of the income of physical persons we ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for provision of information by the State Tax Administration of Ukraine on requests of bodies of the public executive service which is applied.
2. Determine administrators of exchange of information who provide and perform technical support of the procedure of representation of requests and receipt of answers, the State Tax Administration of Ukraine, the state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. (Zerkal O. V.) to submit to department of interaction with authorities this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 03.10.92 No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" (with changes).
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
