Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72

1. Establish rates for oil transportation services on the bulk distribution lines of Gomeltransneft Friendship and Polotsktransneft Friendship open joint stock companies located in the territory of the Republic of Belarus without the value added tax according to appendix.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2010 No. 192 "About rates for services in transit oil transportation on system of bulk distribution lines on the territory of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 7, 8/23166).

3. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2012.
