About suspension of action of some regulations of the Constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the status of judges of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Before completion of forming of the judicial case within realization of part 8 of article 1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About enforcement of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic" to suspend the following regulations of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the status of judges of the Kyrgyz Republic":

paragraph of the fourth of part 3 of Article 7;

paragraph two of part 4 of Article 18;

parts 1 and 2 of Article 24;

paragraph one of part 1 of Article 27 - regarding the termination of powers in connection with the expiration of terms of office.

Article 2. In case of the expiration of powers of the judge, chairman and vice-chairman of local court before appointment of new judges according to the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic to consider the term of its powers prolonged to substitution of the position held by it by the new judge, the chairman and the vice-chairman of local court appointed according to the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Prolongation of powers of the judge, chairman and vice-chairman of local court is performed by the presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Article 3. Operation of this constitutional Law extends to the legal relationship which arose since April 7, 2011.
