1.2. The organization of accounting and realization of the free and exempted places in the international passenger trains is one of the indicators influencing profitability from passenger traffic and rational use of transport vehicles.
1.3. Accounting of places and timely information transfer about the free and exempted places in the international passenger trains for realization is provided with electronic systems of booking.
1.4. Railway administrations bear responsibility for the correct organization of accounting of places and transfer of reliable data about the free and exempted places.
2.1. Automated - based on electronic systems of booking.
2.2. Manual and by means of electronic systems of booking on non-automated sites.
3.1. On the automated sites of sale of travel documents, accounting of the free and exempted places, transfer of information about them is made based on electronic systems of booking.
3.2. In case of transfer of sites into the automated sale of travel documents or other corresponding changes the railroad shall report about it to other involved railroads.
3.3. In case of realization of places through electronic systems of reservation on the automated sites transfer of data on the free and exempted places by the chief of the train is not made.
