1. This warning of harm of smoking placed in the places performing sale of tobacco products is obligatory for execution by the physical persons and legal entities performing activities for wholesale and retail sale of tobacco products.

2. The warning of harm of smoking, consumption of tobacco products placed in places of wholesale and retail sale of tobacco products (further - the Prevention), represents the drawing and the text accompanying it about harm of smoking.

3. The drawing shall correspond to appendix to this prevention.

4. Texts of text shall conform to the following requirements:

1) to be printed in two languages: on top surface - in state language, on the lower party - in Russian;

2) to occupy 20% (twenty percent) of the main area of the prevention;

3) the name of font - Helvetica kz and Helvetica according to language;
