1. Approve the enclosed Rules of submission of reports as producers and importers of tobacco and tobacco products.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after the first official publication.

Rules of submission of reports by producers and importers of tobacco and tobacco products

1. These rules of submission of reports by producers and importers of tobacco and tobacco products (further - Rules) determine procedure for provision of reports by producers and importers of tobacco and tobacco products.

2. These rules are obligatory for execution by the physical persons and legal entities performing activities for production and import of tobacco and tobacco products.

3. The producer, the importer of tobacco products annually till February 1 of the next year shall submit in authorized body in the field of health care reports on results of laboratory researches on maximum permissible nicotine content and resinous substances in all brands of tobacco and tobacco products, about ingredients of tobacco products which they issued or intend to issue, sold or extended otherwise in prior twelve months in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to appendix to these rules.
