The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Provisions of parts (1), (2), (3) and (4) articles XV of the Law on modification and amendments in some legal acts No. 163 of July 22, 2011 (dalee-Zakon) (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, 146, Art. 448) are applied No. as follows:

1. The economic appeal chamber, District economic court and Military court in six-months time from the date of entry into force of the Law consider and resolve only civil and criminal cases on which proceedings are initiated.
