About introduction of amendments to article 4 of the Law on temporary disability benefits and other benefits of social insurance No. 289-XV of July 22, 2004

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In part (2) article 4 of the Law on temporary disability benefits and other benefits of social insurance No. 289-XV of July 22, 2004 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, No. 168-170, of the Art. 773), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

in Item b) to replace the words "second calendar day" and "is paid" respectively with the words "second, third and fourth calendar days" and "are paid";

in Item c) to replace the word of "third" with the word of "fifth".

Art. II. - To the government to bring the regulations into accord with this law.

Art. III. - This law becomes effective since January 1, 2012.
