3. To send to department of normative legal support and regulation of the market of financial services the specified regulatory legal act of State commission to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for implementation of state registration according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic".

4. To the head of department of organizational support and financial accounting (Gentsle) to bring this resolution and Regulations on disaggregation (separation) of business entities to chiefs of departments of the office of State commission and chiefs of territorial administrations for management in work.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman Beyshenaliyeva S. M.
