About modification and amendments in the Law on state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs No. 220-XVI of October 19, 2007

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

In the Law on state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs No. 220-XVI of October 19, 2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 184-187, of the Art. 711), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Article 7:

part (to add 1) with Item c) of the following content:

"c) the conclusion of the National commission on the financial market - for the insurance companies, non-state pension funds and savings and loan associations;";

in part (2) words "non-state pension funds, insurance companies," to exclude.

2. Part (Article 12 to add 3) with the Item d 1) of the following content:

"d 1) the conclusion of the National commission on the financial market - for ssudosberegatelny associations;".

3. Add Article 17 with Items with 1) and with 2) the following content:

"with 1) the conclusion of the National commission on the financial market - for ssudosberegatelny associations;

with 2) the decision of the National commission on the financial market on registration of results of additional share issue or cancellation of treasury shares, and also on registration of change of class, quantity and nominal value of placed shares - for joint-stock companies;".

4. Add Article 18 with Item g) the following content:

"g) the conclusion of the National commission on the financial market - for professional participants of the non-bank financial market.".

5. In Item g) parts (1) Article 21 the word "association" to replace with the word "reorganization".
