1. These rules of carrying out accreditation of wholesale suppliers of oil products (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 20, 2011 "About state regulation of production and turnover of separate types of oil products" and determine procedure for carrying out accreditation of wholesale suppliers of oil products.
2. Wholesale of oil products is allowed by wholesale suppliers of oil products only in the presence of the certificate on accreditation granted by authorized body in the field of production of oil products, except for:
1) producers of oil products;
2) wholesale suppliers of the oil products realizing the oil products made as a result of conversion of independently extracted and (or) imported crude oil and (or) gas condensate.
3. Accreditation is carried out by authorized body in the field of production of oil products (further - authorized body).
