in Regulations on the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

22) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"22) the state control in education system of observance by the legal entities realizing educational training programs, compliance to the educational activities performed by them to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of education and to the qualification requirements imposed to licensing of educational activities;".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 30, 2012.
