For the purpose of implementation of the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 12, 2007 "About national registers of identification numbers", "About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning national registers of identification numbers" (further - the Laws) the Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations (further - the Agency) DECIDES:
1. Make changes and additions to some regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning identification numbers according to appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2012, except for paragraphs of the third, fourth Item 8, of paragraphs of the fourth, fifth Item 13, which become effective after six months from the date of enforcement of the Laws.
3. To legal department (Baysynov M. B.):
1) to take measures to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of this resolution;
2) in ten-day time from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to bring this resolution to the attention of the interested divisions of the Agency, the Republican state state company "State Center for Pension Payment of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "Kazakhstan Fund of Guaranteeing Deposits" Joint-stock company, Consolidation of legal entities "Association of financiers of Kazakhstan".
