9) rendering services in determination of breeding value of breeding animals by the physical persons which do not have the certificate certifying the right to implementation of activities in the field of breeding livestock production;

10) refusal of physical persons and legal entities of data presentation about the breeding animals acquired at the expense of budgetary funds within development programs of breeding livestock production for their registration in the state register of breeding animals;

11) violation by physical persons and legal entities of procedure for use of the breeding animals acquired for the purpose of cultivation at the expense of budgetary funds within development programs of breeding livestock production –
