About modification of the Instruction about conducting cash transactions by banks in Ukraine

1. Bring in the Instruction about conducting cash transactions by banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 01.06.2011 No. 174, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 25.06.2011 for No. 790/19528 (with changes), the following changes:
1.1. In the Section IV:
to exclude Item 2.6 of Chapter 2.
With respect thereto Items 2.7 - 2.13 to respect respectively Items 2.6 - 2.12;
in Chapter 4:
in the paragraph the second Item 4.5 of the word "Operation management of National Bank (further - Operation management)" shall be replaced with words "The central storage";
in items 4. 6, 4.7 and 4.9 words "Operation management" in all cases shall be replaced with words "The central storage" in the corresponding cases;
in paragraph five of Item 4.7 of the word "by own forces (through the authorized person of bank)" to exclude.
1.2. In appendix 21 of the word "Operation management" in all cases shall be replaced with words "The central storage" in the corresponding cases.
