About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of 31.08.2009 No. 21-2
According to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 09.12.2010 No. 1085 "About optimization of system of the central executive bodies" and Items 9, 11 Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine, No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 06.04.2011 384, the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of 31.08.2009 No. 21-2 "About approval of the Procedure for development, approval and accomplishment of the budget of the Pension fund of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 23.09.2009 for No. 897/16913, such changes:
in preamble of the word and figures "Item 12 of the Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 24.10.2007 No. 1261" shall be replaced with words also in figures of "Item 11 of the Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 06.04.2011 No. 384".
2. Approve Changes to the Procedure for development, approval and accomplishment of the budget of the Pension fund of Ukraine approved by the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of 31.08.2009 No. 21-2, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 23.09.2009 for No. 897/16913, which are applied.
3. To legal management of the Pension fund of Ukraine (Ryabtseva T. B.) submit this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine Kravchuk V. O.
