1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and the State-owned joint-stock holding company "Ukrgaz" of 21.08.96 No. 173/16 "About approval of the Procedure for issue, accounting and repayment of bills of exchange which are issued in the expenditure account, connected with payment of the natural consumed gas by budgetary institutions and the organizations, and also grants for compensation of difference in the prices for the natural gas consumed by the population", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 22.08.96 for No. 471/1496.
2. Finance department of the production sphere and property relations (Melnichenko S. I.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Myarkovsky A. I. and vice chairman of the board of National joint stock company "Naftogaz of Ukraine" Korneychuk E. G.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
