1. Approve the Concept of the State target program of construction and development of network of the subways for the period till 2020 which is applied.

To the ministry of infrastructure together with other interested central executive bodies, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kharkiv regional and Kiev city public administrations to develop and submit to three-months time to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the draft of the State target program of construction and development of network of the subways for the period till 2020.

For today in Ukraine three subways function: Kiev, Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk.
The first site of the subway in Kiev was put into operation in 1960, in Kharkiv - in 1975, in Dnipropetrovsk - in 1995.
For this time the operational extent of three lines of the Kiev subway constitutes kilometer 65,16 (50 stations and three transfer nodes are effective), three lines of the Kharkiv subway - kilometer 38,09 (29 stations and three transfer nodes are effective), one line of the Dnipropetrovsk subway - kilometer 7,09 (six stations are effective).
Since 1993 the construction of the Donetsk subway is conducted. The project of the first start-up complex provides putting into operation of six stations on the site by operational slowness of 7,96 of kilometer from the Polytechnical Institute station to the Proletarskaya station.
