being guided by the principles of equality and developments of friendship between the states of the Parties,

in view of provisions of the Agreement on collective security of May 15, 1992, and also other multilateral documents in the field of military cooperation accepted within the Commonwealth of Independent States
agreed as follows:
The military and military and technical cooperation between the Parties is performed for the purpose of strengthening of defense capacities of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Belarus and is based on the principles of sovereignty, equality and mutual advantage.
The parties perform military and military and technical cooperation in the following areas and the directions:
international security and defense policy;
military construction and development of Armed forces;
military science and education;
comprehensive training of troops;
material logistics of activities of Armed forces;
legal and social security of activities of Armed forces;

The parties cooperate in the following forms:
official visits, working meetings and consultations;
mutual informing on military-political situation in regions;
