About introduction of amendments and changes in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About order of registration of contracts and budget obligations of the organizations consisting on the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 18, 2010 No. 248

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About order of registration of contracts and budget obligations of the organizations consisting on the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 18, 2010 No. 248 the following amendments and change:
in the Instruction about order of registration of contracts and budget obligations of the organizations consisting on the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the specified resolution:
- add Item 7 with the paragraph the second the following content:
"To receivers of budgetary funds, except the state-financed organizations participating in program implementation within shirokosektoralny approach (SWAp) it is forbidden to sign agreements (contracts) with suppliers of goods of works and services at which one of compulsory provisions is drawing of the letter of credit (i.e. the mortgage amount) for provision of goods, works and services.";
- the second offer of Item 11 to exclude;
- add with the paragraph the second the following content:
"Agreements (contracts) with nonresidents of the Kyrgyz Republic for delivery of goods, works and services shall be provided on registration to bodies of Treasury regardless of terms of their signing by the parties before carrying out the first account transactions through system of Treasury.";
