About entering of amendments and changes into the resolution of the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Belarus of June 27, 1996 No. 51

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure and conditions of resettlement of the unemployed on the directions of public service of employment of the population of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Belarus of June 27, 1996 No. 51 (The bulletin of normative legal information, 1996, No. 9; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 126, 8/11354; 2007, No. 69, 8/15932; 2008, No. 275, 8/19748; 2009, No. 57, 8/20239; 2010, No. 95, 8/22163), following amendments and changes:
1.1. add Item 1 with part two of the following content:
"For the purposes of this Instruction are understood as family members: the spouse, the spouse, their minor children (including adopted (adopted), and also the close relatives of spouses who are in their dependence and (or) needing leaving (pupils are more senior than 18 years which are mastering content of one of types of educational programs of general secondary education, disabled people of I and II groups, person with features of psychophysical development, aged, reached eighty-year age).";
