About modification and amendments in the Law on the state dactyloscopic registration No. 1549-XV of December 19, 2002

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on the state dactyloscopic registration No. 1549-XV of December 19, 2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, No. 14-17, of the Art. 51), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In article 2 of the concept "material carrier" and "information array" to state in the following edition:

"the material carrier - the dactyloscopic card on paper, the digital data carrier or other electronic means containing dactyloscopic information;

information array - the systematized set of the dactyloscopic information containing on papers and/or electronically in databank.".
