About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on the prevention of corruption and fight No. 90-XVI with it of April 25, 2008 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 103-105, of the Art. 391) to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Article 17:

c) to add Item with words ", and also legal obligations about conflict of interest;";

add Article with Item е 1) the following content:

2. State Article 18 in the following edition:

"Article 18. The fair message on making of acts of corruption and the acts adjacent to corruption, the facts of corruption behavior, about non-compliance with rules of declaring of the income and property and violation of legal obligations about conflict of interest

(1) the Government employee who knew of the making of acts of corruption and acts adjacent to corruption, of the facts of corruption behavior, about non-compliance with rules of declaring of the income and property and violation of legal obligations about the conflict of interest having the right to report honesty about it in oral or written form, to the higher head, specialized structure, the head of body of the public power or public organization, body, authorized to check reliability of the data provided in declarations on private interests, to criminal prosecution authority, the prosecutor, non-governmental organizations, mass media.
