1. In Article 305.1.10 to replace point with semicolon and to add with Article 305.1.11 of the following content:

Article 355-1. Filing of application

355-1.1. If person who made actions in connection with domestic violence does not observe the issued warning and requirements of the short-term security order, the injured or relevant organ of the executive authority has the right to take a legal action concerning issue of the long-term security order.

355-1.2. The application for issue of the long-term security order is submitted in the place of residence (stay) of the victim.
