in Regulations on the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

57) and 58) to state subitems in the following edition:
"57) performs certification of heads and specialists of the energy organizations;
58) performs accreditation of the organizations on conducting energy examination and electrolaboratories, control over the implementation of energy saving policy, inspection of energy efficiency of legal entities;".
