Recognize invalid:
1) the Order of the State Customs Committee of Russia of February 27, 2004 N 254 "About the list of the documents and data necessary in case of declaring of the affined gold and the silver exported by credit institutions" (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 09.03. 2004, рег. N 5653);
2) the order of the State Customs Committee of Russia of November 29, 2001 N 1115-p "About export of cash foreign currency by citizens of the Republic of Belarus" (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 20.02. 2002, рег. N 3255).
This Order becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.
